⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/5 stars — would recommend Penske Chevy 110%! I cannot say enough good things about Penske Chevy. A little backstory: I previously owned a Chevy Equinox, and it quite literally saved my life in a serious accident. After that wreck in May 2025, I spent the next several months dealing with different dealerships while trying to figure out what vehicle was best for me and my toddler. In June 2025, I ended up leasing a Honda because I wasn’t sure what I wanted at the time. Six months later, I realized very clearly that car was not for me. In December 2025, we went back out shopping for an SUV. I originally wanted a used Traverse because the new ones are pricey. Penske ran the numbers, but because of my Honda lease, it just wasn’t going to work. That’s when they said, “Elizabeth, try the Equinox.” I fell in love. We were almost ready to sign when Alan (the absolute sweetest finance guy ever — sorry if I misspelled your name!) double-checked the lease numbers. That’s when we discovered the Honda dealership had given me incorrect information. I was crushed and honestly cried right there. Alan immediately looped in Brent (who I highly recommend — so kind and patient), and they put our name down to follow up with us once I hit the one-year mark on my lease. Even though I was really upset that day, I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or judged. My frustration wasn’t with Penske — it was the fear of being stuck in a car that didn’t feel safe for me or my toddler. Fast forward 25 days later (late January 2026) — Brent texts me and asks if I’m still interested in the Equinox. I said yes, and he told me there was a new promotion that could actually make it work. I cried. Again — but happy tears this time. We went in, signed the papers, and were supported every single step of the way — even with a hungry, tired toddler in tow. They showed us where the vending machines were, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel silly for asking questions. They broke things down in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. Penske Chevy truly went above and beyond. They didn’t just sell us a car — they helped us feel safe, heard, and taken care of. If you’re looking for honesty, patience, and people who genuinely care — go to Penske Chevy. I bought a beautiful used 2015 ZO6 from Donnie. I bought the extended warranty. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, the warranty covered 100%. I took my wife to Penske so Donnie could help her find a car. He was excellent. He showed her numerous vehicles and was very professional. Awesome experience working with Donnie.

Start to finish was a quick process! I knew what I wanted to test drive and Scott was quick to grab the keys! I knew what I wanted for my trade in and we agreed in the end. I was kinda time limited and everyone was accommodating. I was happy with the whole process! I love my new suburban!

Again, the service provided by the Service Department is exceptional. I took my vehicle in to determine the cause of a starting issue. My service advisor "CJ" did not hesitate to my request and without a scheduled appointment attempted to work me in. Fortunately for me, "CJ" advised that it would definitely be a wait, however, he offered to get me a ride through the courtesy vehicle. Boy was I lucky, my driver Diane was simply amazing. Not only was she an expert in navigating the traffic on Keystone Avenue, she had a few short cuts up her sleeves. As a Penske shareholder, it makes me exceptionally proud to have customer service delivered i such a seamless manner. Hats off to both "CJ" and Diane for knocking service delivery out of the park!!!
