Had a great experience at Penske with Steve Louis. He was very helpful getting me into a New RAV4 which are hard to find. Great price and an easy and fast process. Will definitely be back for my next Toyota!

Penske Toyota really stood out from the other dealerships we visited when we were looking to buy our first Toyota. Andres and Danish were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the process smooth for me to get our Sienna and showed that they really wanted to work together with me. I appreciated how prompt they were on communicating with me throughout the whole process. Andres was always updating me via text, and taking all my questions seriously. In the end, we all agreed on a sell price that I was happy with and felt was fair/good. Emilio helped us smoothly wrap everything up. The vehicle is the trim and color we wanted too. Danish took his time to make sure we were acquainted with our new car before heading off. I would recommend Penske Toyota, because the people there such as Andres and Danish make all the difference!!

Penske Toyota really helped me feel secure and safe in the choice I made for my vehicle. After having a horrible experience at a previous dealership, it was a breath of fresh air to go to Penske. My salesman, Danish, was absolutely amazing and made everything so simple. He had even run numbers for me before walking in so that I could be prepared for what I was taking on. Everything was so professional and transparent. I never felt that anything was hidden from me (which was my experience previously) and they worked to earn my trust. Our finance agent, Vu, was also extremely knowledgeable and knew how to explain all of the paperwork to me. He was also extremely patient with me when my bank was experiencing issues, and worked with me so I could bring in that down payment. They have a really great team here, and were extremely welcoming, with even their lead, Tom Colon, meeting us and checking in with how our experience was. I look forward to working with them for my vehicles maintenance and upkeep because they made my experience so great

I recently took my vehicle to Penske Toyota in Downey for maintenance, and I had a great experience thanks to Esteban, the service technician specialist who assisted me throughout the process. Esteban was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly review what my vehicle needed and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for someone who is not mechanically inclined. I really appreciated how detailed and transparent he was. He even sent me a video explaining the condition of my vehicle and reassured me that my car was going to be in very good hands. On top of that, he helped arrange a loaner vehicle for me, which made the entire experience much more convenient and stress-free. Thankfully, my car was repaired in less than 24 hours, and thus far everything has been running perfectly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism I received. Thank you again, Esteban, for making the process smooth and reassuring from beginning to end.
