Our experience with Penticton Honda was better than I could have imagined. During the summer, we looked at small trucks. We didn’t buy anything but remembered our visit to Penticton Honda. When our car was totalled in the winter, we returned because the first experience had been so positive. They listened to what we wanted and found us the exact fit at the right price. While the car is great, what sets Penticton Honda apart is the staff and their attitude. Everyone, the sales team, finance, insurance, service and the manager, paid attention, were never pushy, did not waste time and truly seemed to be interested in presenting options that fit our needs. They call their sales team Guest Advisors and they mean it. Special shout outs to Karan Brar, Landon Lavallee and Theo Power, top notch Advisor. We very highly recommend Penticton Honda.

A good friend who I trust implicitly had nothing but good things to say about Honda cars, and Penticton Honda in particular. Was seriously shopping. I thought that I was limited in the scope of vehicles that I could choose from. Mickey guided us (my friend was with me) through a few choices that were a good fit. After asking questions and gaining information both Mickey and I had a better sense of my options. Once the wheels started turning, I was in possession of a 2026 Honda Civic LX. I've done my research. This line of cars is among the best for resale and dependability. I'm a happy camper. A big shout out to Daigen and Braedon as well for all their help. In all, I'm very happy with my new car and with the quality of service and the relationship that they develop with their customers.

Just got home from buying our new-to-us CRV. The team at Honda was great to deal with. I didn’t feel any pressure and the guys made the 2 day process actually fun. (I know, weird right?!?) There are tons of options on the lot to choose from. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.
