I cannot say enough good things about Penticton Hyundai and the incredible team there. Chris Phipps was my salesman and was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was highly professional, kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure I was looked after every step of the way. You cannot find a nicer guy or a better salesman. Wonderful young man! I ordered a Dodge Laramie through their sister store in Surrey, and unfortunately the truck arrived needing repairs. What could have been a very frustrating experience was handled with exceptional customer service and care. A huge shoutout to Noah, the sales manager, who truly bent over backwards to help me. I urgently needed to travel to Grande Prairie to deal with my father’s estate, and Noah made sure I had a truck to drive all the way there and back so I could haul belongings home. That level of compassion and customer care is something you rarely see anymore. Yay Noah! High five! Special thanks as well to Jeff in service, who was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. My truck turned out to be a bit of a challenge for them, requiring a special tool for repairs, and the parts took forever to arrive. Despite all of that, the team stayed positive and committed to getting everything done right. Now that everything is repaired, my truck is amazing and I absolutely love it. What stands out most is how well I was treated throughout the entire experience. Even though my truck situation was complicated, they always made me feel valued and important. That kind of service is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team at Penticton Hyundai. Highly, highly recommended!
