I just had the most enjoyable experience buying a car at Penticton Nissan. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. In particular I want to mention David the salesperson who handled my particular transaction. He worked so hard to ensure that my purchase experience was both fully informed and comfortable. My wife and I felt we were in really good hands. We came away feeling he was more like a friend than “just” another salesperson. And I say that sincerely. My husband and I just bought our car (Rogue) from Nissan Penticton and the experience was topnotch! From the moment we walked in the staffs ( David, Mike and Scott) are professionals and didn’t pressure us into a sale. When the car we wanted was no longer available Scott stepped up and look for another car with in our preference and budget. Mike worked with our budget to get us a fair trade-in value for our old car. David took the time to explain the tech features and the safety suit which really sealed the deal for us. The Penticton Nissan Service Department is the best. I was on a road trip from Saskatchewan. I noticed a small rattle in the front end of my new Nissan. I stopped in expecting to have to leave it there and be off the road for a day or two. The service advisor went and got a mechanic from the back. The mechanic was Trevor. Trevor came for a ride with me and put my vehicle up on the hoist within 5 minutes. Trevor took care of things immediately, and was awesome to deal with. This is the kind of mechanic you know you can always leave your vehicle with, and trust what he says. I wished that I had this team available to me in Saskatchewan. These are good people, they do things right and I trust what they say. Thanks again to Trevor for helping me right away and taking care of me.

I recently bought a new vehicle from them and I had the best experience. I went in wanting something within my budget with specific features. They had a vehicle ready to go well below my budget with everything I wanted. Test drove it. Didn't like it. Test drove another that was a little over my budget. They made it work to be in my budget and I absolutely love it! There was no pressure to put me into something I didnt want to be in or way out of my price range. The loan process was fast and easy. I 💯 recommend going to them for a no pressure really great car buying experience. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

Had the best experience ever buying a car. I had sold my car privately and thought I had made a decision on my next. Dave had reached out to me online and I was immediately put at ease we chatted about options and we made arrangements for test drives. We drove from Grand Forks and Dave had everything organized when we got there to go out on our test drive,he was even out waiting for us . Our decision was made after we drove the beautiful Kicks SR Premium which was not the car I thought I was getting I never even drove the car I thought I was getting. All the folks were amazing, Tim in finance had called me ahead of time to do the pre-approval so it was taken care of when we got there. Mike was a tough negotiator but it all worked out and I drove off a very happy gal. I really want to thank Dave for all the hard work he did making videos and answering my many questions. It was a great experience made that way by great people. Thank you all !!
