If you have to buy a car (which is a thing) I highly recommend Perfection Honda. I have been to other dealerships in the area (actually last week) and this one is way more calm. The music isn't too loud, the salespeople and finance people were friendly but not over eager crazy. Just nice. I never felt pressured. This is our second CRV and I can recommend the service department too!

I want to recognize Robin Mason in the service department at Perfection Honda for going above and beyond with customer service. Robin was professional, patient, and truly took the time to make sure my concerns with my Honda Accord were addressed properly. Even during an extremely busy day, he remained courteous, explained the repairs clearly, double-checked the vehicle thoroughly, and helped work out the repair costs to make things easier for me. I especially appreciated that he took the extra step to ensure the issue was diagnosed correctly and that everything else checked out safely before returning my car. It’s rare to find someone who still provides this level of customer care and professionalism. Robin absolutely deserves recognition from management for the way he treats customers and for going the extra mile.
