Today my partner and I picked up a new Integra A-Spec Elite, in an absolutely stunning black on black. I'm in my late 40's and have wanted an Integra for what feels like my whole life. Saj and his amazing team made it happen. The whole process, from picking out the car to going over the pricing was flawless. I worked for 15 years in luxury hotels, and for the past 8 years I've worked at a luxury car dealership myself, and I can see when a team really gels. I could feel that without a doubt at Performance Acura N. Mississauga. I couldn't imagine the experience being any better, and the car being perfect is just icing on the cake. The loaner car they provided was fantastic, and the entire repair process was awesome. This was the first time we have ever bought a car with such a straight forward process and it exceeded our expectations. I dealt with Mr.Tom Zhang and was very impressed with his courteous and respectful attention. We did not buy a high end vehicle but still received service as if we had bought the top of the line Acura. I’ve had two great service experiences at the Acura service department. About six months ago, Alan Vong helped me when I came in regarding my summer tires. He carefully checked the tire and noticed cracks that made it unsafe to drive. Alan explained the issue clearly, guided me through the tire policy included in my lease agreement, and offered a very good deal for the replacement. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. More recently, I had an issue with my winter tire after it went flat due to a metal piece. Harry assisted me during that visit and was extremely helpful. He ensured the tire was repaired and made sure my vehicle was ready and delivered the same day, which I truly appreciated. Both Alan and Harry provided excellent customer service. Their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to helping customers made both experiences very positive. I would definitely recommend this service team.
