# Summary The dealership receives polarized feedback, with some customers praising exceptional sales service and warranty offerings that encourage repeat purchases, while others report serious operational failures including transmission fluid overfilling, missing personal items during service, poor communication about repair status, and failure to complete scheduled work. These contrasting experiences suggest inconsistency in service quality and customer care standards across different departments.

The purchase experience was soooo great that we went back 10 days later and bought another new vehicle. Javon Shannon is our sales representative, he and Jeff the Financial Services Manager made the purchase of our TWO vehicles a very rewarding experience. Javon was able to determine our needs and interest as well as provided us with fantastic options. Jeff met our budget as well as providing the peace of mind in 10 year bumper to bumper warranties. We are ecstatically pleased with the customer service we received at Performance Chevrolet. We will strongly recommend them to friends and family.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a severe lack of operational quality control and a breach of trust during my recent service visit. I brought my truck in for a routine transmission pan-down service. Upon returning home, I discovered transmission fluid covering the running boards and the entire undercarriage of the vehicle. Due to the severity of the leak and the immediate risk of catastrophic transmission damage, I was forced to have the truck towed back to your facility. Your service department later confirmed that the leak was caused by your technician overfilling the fluid. While I understand human error occurs, this level of negligence put my vehicle at risk. To remedy the mess, your team agreed to fully detail the truck and clean the fluid from the undercarriage. However, upon picking up my vehicle after the detail, I discovered that my $250 pair of branded sunglasses (stored inside their case) had been removed from the cabin. I immediately called your service department on the off-chance they had been moved during cleaning. I was told that "nobody had seen them." Let me be entirely clear: these sunglasses were inside my vehicle when it was handed over for detailing, and they are no longer there. This is a direct case of theft by your personnel. A reputable dealership should be a secure environment for a customer’s property. Instead, your staff has compromised my vehicle's mechanical integrity and stolen my personal belongings.

The rating i gave them is too generous for Performance Chevrolet I was a loyal customer. I purchased 3 vehicles from them. I've had almost all my service done there in the past 9 years. When I needed a major out of pocket repair. I scheduled the appointment for a month in advance on a Friday. They said they would have the parts. I dropped it off the night before. Everytime I called to get the status I was sent directly to voicemail and didn't return my messages. I went there Saturday morning to find my vehicle had not been moved from where I parked it. I questioned why it wasn't looked at. I was told the parts were on back order with no expected delivery date. I took my vehicle and contacted the competition and in less than a week they got the parts and installed them. They lost my business

On August 28, 2025, I had the Transmission Fluid and Transfer Case Fluid changed in my 2016 Chevy Colorado. It had a little over 67k miles and there was not any issues with it. I just wanted the fluid changed. Paid $478.36. Not long after I got it back, I noticed pretty loud gear noise coming from the transmission and it wasn't shifting right when the temp got over 125 degrees or higher. It doesn't have a dipstick, so there's a whole process to check to make sure it's got the proper amount of fluid. What I found was, it had been overfilled by a little over a quart. When I adjusted it to the proper amount, the gear noise stopped, and the proper shifting returned. Anyway, that's what happened.
