My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Performance Jeep Dodge Ram of Somerville and had a great experience. Lionel, our salesperson, and Nick in finance were both courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We never felt pressured, and we truly felt like we walked away with a great deal. We've already referred friends and family to the dealership, and when it's time for our next vehicle, we'll definitely return to work with Lionel, Nick, and the team again. Highly recommend!

Worked for over a month, through the winter holidays with sales rep Phillip Noto. He was amazing, put up with my slow build to by a vehicle. Kept an eye out on the vehicle I had picked out on line and kept me up to date when other customers were looking at it. In the end he was very low key and suggested I put a deposit down. Absolutely never pressured me. It was a 3 hour drive for me to get there. They were ready to help me any way I needed. Had offered a shuttle to pick me up at the train station, in the end I rented a 1 way rental car. They let me use the new vehicle to follow my wife to the rental return and then come back to do paper work. I was blown away. The finance manager Cristina was amazing, so patient and efficient, and sought out discounts i didn't know were available. All around 10 out of 10 experience. Don't hesitate to give these folks your business!

Phil and Nick at Jeep in Bridgewater were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and never once made me feel pressured or pushed into anything. They made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were, and they truly did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible while still making sure everything was explained clearly. The service department starting with Mike and then when Robert Doherty took over it was absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen any dealership department being so amazing (and I sold cars for a living).
