I will never use this dealership for anything moving forward! I bought a 2023 Ford Bronco with 29K miles at the end of March 2026. It breaks down on April 10th. I get it towed back to the dealership. They do not offer me a rental car until the next week. I had to rent a rental car at the airport on my own dime! It was $400. Also, they take two weeks to inspect my car just to have it towed to Germain Ford for repair. They’re extremely understaffed! I wouldn’t trust them to do repairs even on a Jeep! Anyways, my car needs a new engine and new twin turbos. It’s covered under the powertrain for $13,754 in total repairs at Germain. However, these issues were never caught by Performance Jeep before I was sold a lemon. They just pawned the issues off onto an unsuspecting victim. The vehicle was poorly maintained. Now 56 days later, I have my car back. I’m out $400 for the rental. I will never use this dealership for anything moving forward. I have two free oil changes. I’m not using them at that dealership! Too understaffed to care. Buyer beware!!!

I have to give specific notice to management, Derek is an absolute client driven asset to this dealership and Chad was very helpful with the process these two really stood out to me today 🙌 . When you go above and beyond for customers it surely stands out. I have a very strong rapport with the community and I am going to do my best to bring awareness to this dealership they have truly set the bar for satisfaction guaranteed. They’ve amended issues, they’ve given quality service, and even their lobby has accommodations for long wait times if needed. I just have to give them 5 stars for the efforts I’ve seen today and in prior visits. A lot of my consumers that I encounter will surely know about this dealership. Thank you

These guys at this dealership are some of the best people I've worked with in buying a new vehicle. They understood where I was coming from with my old vehicle and we were able to work out a deal to get me set up in a really new pre-owned jeep compass. Claude is a really nice guy and knows what he is doing to, highly recommend him if your shopping around.

What an amazing experience! Niko was very informative and patient through the entire shopping process. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for what I was looking for, walked me through every single question I had (there were a lot) and made sure I knew exactly what my options were throughout the financing process. From inquiry to completion 5 star. Anthony was so very professional, kind, personable, easy to work with. A lot of extras, sending video, follow up calls/texts but not in an annoying way. We drove 3 hours. Well worth it. Walking in the dealership was so very impressive. From the warm greeting by the staff to their professional attire, the dealership atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Manager Will was easy to work with. Professional, kind. Personable. To complete the transaction, Tim in finance was very kind and easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend this dealership. We will have future purchases, this has now become our “go to” .
