We’ve had various vehicles serviced at Performance in Randolph over the last several years. The professionalism and extra effort put into explaining necessary repairs is superior to other places we have used. Their Master Service Advisor, Skylar M., was especially thorough and personable during our most recent visit which required some extensive work on our 2016 Lincoln MKX. I highly recommend Performance of Randolph for all of your automotive needs. I also met with Michael Ferrante, their Service Manager who was very appreciative of our business over the years.

I had a great experience at Ford thanks to John, the service manager who assisted my husband and me. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly with our car service. Even though he’s new here , you would never guess it he handled everything with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude. He took the time to explain what was needed, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines great customer service with strong knowledge, but John definitely does. We really appreciate his help and look forward to working with him again in the future! Visited this dealership to test drive a new Bronco. Sat down with the salesman to discuss numbers and my vehicle trade, even spoke with the manager. It was nearing their closing time and rather than keep everyone there late, I asked for them to work up their best offer and give me a call the following day. I never heard back. I called and left a message asking for a call back, and still nothing. So I took my business elsewhere and purchased a Bronco from another dealership. Five business days after my initial visit, the internet sales rep called me to follow up. I shared that since no one bothered to contact me as I had asked, I went somewhere else and purchased. She offered me empty congratulations and hung up. The customer service here is atrocious, and I would not recommend.

I must share my incredible experience with Mike (Service Manager) at Performance Ford Lincoln of Randolph. I needed a part replaced in my car. Not only did Mike get the job done efficiently and super fast but I was happily surprised that the job was covered under my warranty. Every time I'm at this dealership everything is taken care of with ease and I leave happy and satisfied. I will definitely be returning for my routine oil changes and any other work that my car needs. I highly recommend this dealership. They are on top of every detail and very pleasant to work with.
