had an absolutely amazing experience at Performance Ford East Hanover. Tim, the sales manager, and Matt in sales were truly a dynamic duo from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the Bronco process, helped me locate exactly what I wanted, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I specifically wanted a Ford Bronco Outer Banks with the lower rims and blackout package, and they delivered perfectly — even adding custom pink lettering for me, which was such a fun personal touch. Tim especially went above and beyond with customer service. His patience, professionalism, and overall demeanor were outstanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their purchase. I also priced out two other dealerships before coming here, and Performance gave me the best combination of price and service by far. My Bronco has everything I wanted — front camera, backup camera, gorgeous styling — and I honestly could not be happier. Highly recommend asking for Tim and Matt if you’re looking for a vehicle.

I wish I went here 3 weeks ago! I previously went to a shady dealer The car house of Butler and “bought” a truck who lied about the deal, repairs, tanked my 715 credit score and didn’t fix it. We were so frustrated my wife said let’s just go look at a NEW truck. I walked inside already annoyed and Gerald met us and we explained the situation. He asked what we were looking for, and came back with a key and said to test drive it. I’ve always bought used trucks for my construction company so it was a shock to get behind the wheel with something so nice and clean. I test drove the 2025 F-350 Lariat in Glacier Gray and loved it. I walked back in ready to get the usual dealer speech that I went through 3 weeks ago and to my surprise it was different. Jimmy the financial specialist not only took the time to explain every detail, but he broke it down, showed us options, and answered every question. There was no hard selling, no big words and he made sure that we understood every aspect of the deal. We were able to cancel the previous purchase and we left that night with the truck. I can’t say enough great things about the staff at Performance Ford. It was peace of mind knowing that we got a great deal, warranty, tire package. Gerald even followed up a few days later to see how I loved the truck and if I had any questions. We’re absolutely coming back again, especially after my wife saw the Lincoln Nautilus and we’re excited to work with Jimmy and Gerald again. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled the right way. John took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure there were no surprises. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both efficient and detail-oriented, but he managed to do both while still being friendly and approachable. The service was completed on time, and my car has been running great since. It’s clear John takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Had a super fast and easy experience. Picked out a truck. Talked to Kyle over the phone, sent all info over for the truck we loved. Him and his business manager gave us a great deal we stayed right in our budget. Got to dealer test drove truck looked it over and we’re out of there very fast!
