This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Performance Kia, and once again, the experience was outstanding. We were extremely pleased with the entire process of purchasing our new car yesterday. Aryonna was my sales rep. She was absolutely amazing. She was patient with me and very honest. She was not pushy or forceful nor did I feel like she was trying to persuade me into a deal. She was encouraging, transparent and very intuitive. She always asked for my feedback, interests, likes and dislikes with every vehicle that we looked at. She even was willing to take multiple test drives with me to ensure I was comfortable and happy. She never grew impatient with me and stuck with me the entire time. I was there for about 4 hours from start to finish with MULTIPLE vehicle options to consider and left with a vehicle that I was happy with. The process was effortless and smooth. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, willing to celebrate with you. Their financial manager is also very helpful, honest and transparent which made me even more comfortable. Will definitely be returning!
