The best experience we've ever had buying a car. This is our 4th Lexus. I was getting my F Sport work on and met a great associate, Andrew. We talked about our interest in a sportscar. When one became available he called, checked the car personally and felt it was what we would like.He was spot on! Then we met Mike and he made sure the car was brought up to standard and detailed. Andrew showed us everything about our Lexus SC 430. Such a great team and excellent service. Performance Lexus No. KY is the best when buying a new and used car! We now have 2!!!

We drove down to Performance from Dayton. The prices and selection were much better than local. Andrew and all of the staff treated us like royalty. This was the best experience for purchasing a new car I ever had. No pressure and Andrew went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied with our new car. Most of the transaction was handled via phone and text, as we live in Indianapolis and it could not have gone more smoothly. We're thrilled with our new NX350h in the color combination that we searched for at over 15 dealers in 3 states - Performance had it! We'll return to Performance Lexus when purchasing our next Lexus. I live in Virginia and found the exact model, trim, and color I wanted at a wonderful price point. Because of the distance, the entire transaction was handled via text and FaceTime. As a millennial, I prefer not to talk on the phone, so having the process handled mainly through text was ideal and convenient. Nicole and the rest of the team were incredibly responsive and transparent throughout. They even made special accommodations for the car delivery to fit my tight schedule.
