By far this is the BEST experience I have had at a dealership. David Lopez was attentive, understanding, and patient. Can you name a car salesman that would be willing to sit down and write a pro/cons list with you? I can and he is at Performance Toyota in Bountiful. I will be coming back to this location again just to work with David and recommending to all my friends and family. The most amazing customer service! PS this car is for me not my husband!

My wife and I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Performance Toyota Bountiful. We found our dream Toyota Tacoma there, and from start to finish the entire process exceeded our expectations. We worked with Tyler McConnell, who went above and beyond to help us every step of the way—even handling everything over the phone since we were coming from out of state in Colorado to pick it up in Utah. To top it off, Tyler personally came to pick us up from the airport, which truly shows the level of care and service he provides. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and genuinely great to work with, making the entire long-distance purchase completely stress-free. My Wife and I just picked up our 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid TRD Pro from Performance Toyota Bountiful and we couldn’t be happier! Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He handled everything on the trade-in, made the whole process super smooth and stress-free, and really went above and beyond to get me into the truck we wanted. He turned what could have been a headache into one of the easiest and best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Sage (my new Tundra) is everything we were hoping for and more — the SofTex leather seats are comfortable, the tech and safety features are awesome (360° camera, adaptive cruise, blind-spot monitoring), the towing power is strong, and I’m already getting noticeably better fuel economy than our last truck. I love driving it every day! The payment ended up a little higher than we originally wanted, but I’m still really happy with the deal and the truck itself. Joe made sure we understood everything and felt good about the decision. Joe and the whole team at Performance Toyota Bountiful went above and beyond to get me and my wife into a reliable, capable truck we can trust for the long haul. Colby Sanders the Sales Manager was fantastic as well! He worked with Phil on some great options and they worked me into a car that met my wants and at a price I could afford!
