Perry Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This was such a great dealership to deal with. We have so many vehicles and my wife hates sitting in a dealership for hours when the sales person says “It will be fast and we will get you in and out quickly.” Our sales person was Greg and we talked to 2 or 3 different dealers and decided on this one. We traded a vehicle in and the entire process was very simple, straightforward and clean. We were in an out very fast and had a lot of help to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. My wife and I were both very pleased with the process and my wife said if we need another vehicle we would definitely do a deal with them again.

Bought a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys from Perry Chrysler Jeep in National City. The sales person, Jose, was excellent. Sales manager, Mike, was equally very helpful and attentive. It was a quick, eazy transaction and they even delivered the jeep to our home!

My husband was thrilled when Dodge brought back the Ram 1500 4x4 with the HEMI, so we headed to Perry just to look. Well… that didn’t last long! Our experience there was hands down the best we’ve had at a dealership. Sean, our salesman, went above and beyond. He worked hard to secure us a great interest rate and over $10,000 in discounts, which honestly exceeded our expectations. We had planned to visit several other dealerships, but after working with Sean there was no reason to keep shopping. The best part of the whole experience was that we never felt pressured. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. If you’re looking for a Ram or a dealership that treats you right, we highly recommend Perry and be sure to ask for Sean!

Short term ( short lived ) customer. In short, I thought I had found an honest dealership over the past several years. This dealership's service department isn't what it used to be. - What happened?? I brought my Grand Cherokee in for Diagnostics and was sent a bill without any specific details of their findings to justify the specific repair expense. - Just the expectation of put up the $$$$ and we will figure a solution. No follow up, no details, no nothing... Very interesting way of doing business especially during these times. Needless to say they lost a good customer. I do not recommend using this dealership for any service work at this time. There are other repair shops out there that do O.E. direct replacement parts and service work. Do your research. Aaron H. Service agent, Evans was pleasant to work with but… I did not receive the service I expected. When texting with Evana yesterday, I stated I needed an oil change, tire rotation and a recall taken care of. She looked up the recall, 03D, but after waiting 2 hours I was told they did not have the part to fix the recall and only the other service completed. As I was driving home I checked my tire pressures only to find they were exactly the same as when I arrived. I had the rear tires near 45 psi and front at 36 psi (the recommended psi). The rear were higher as I’ve just recently drove 2500 miles with a 6000 lbs RV. Receipt states that per CA law tires must be checked, adjusted and recorded. Since pressures are the same as when I brought truck in I can only assume rotation was NEVER done. Now the recall is for trailer tow module. See attached for potential hazards. And I told Evana I was getting ready to return east (2500 miles) with RV next week. WOW…loss of trailer brakes may cause a vehicle crash without prior warning So $162 for just the oil and filter. Hope I make it back east!
