Dula and James were beyond helpful in acquiring my vehicle. After going to two other dealerships and being borderline ripped off, I called up Personalized Auto to see if they had the vehicle I was wanting to test drive. They did! By the time I arrived at the location, they already had the car pulled out front so I could test drive it. I primarily worked with Dula, who was a pleasure. I never felt pressured, nor did I feel any negativity revolving around the interaction. He said I could add a warranty at any time, and they were extremely transparent with the car. He let me know it was having brake pad issues and they were going to replace the windshield for me. They fixed the brakes not even a week later with no issues, and I’ve yet to go back to get the windshield replaced. They’re super easy to work with, and I cannot recommend the experience enough. My titling took just as long as I expected it to, and when I needed to retrieve it, James was super friendly and allowed us to stay a few minutes past close to ensure we got our title. James also oversaw the fixing of my AWD system, which he was very understanding of. Great job, and I absolutely love my new RAV4.

We are very happy with our experience! This was my daughter's first car and the car was everything she wanted. It drove real nice on the test drive. I can't express how happy she is. Leon was our sales person and made the experience worthwhile. He answered all our questions and showed us how to operate all the buttons. He was funny and made sure the car was detailed and ready for us at pick up. I highly recommend them. Buying used cars can be stressful and everything went smoothly with our transaction.

My husband and I stopped here thinking it was a different dealership. James actually came out and helped us figure out where we were trying to go. A dealship that has enough integrity to help us find another dealership? Wow. After that experience we started looking at their inventory and found the car we had been looking for at a great deal. We jumped on the deal and both the owners were great! If you need a car these guys are the place to go. If they don't have it they will look out for the car you want. If you want honest, integrity, personal service and a good deal then you want to see these gentleman!!

James was super helpful! He showed me a few cars and offered any additional repair services that I requested and got me the car I've been searching everywhere for. Friendly staff and great selection!! I would definitely recommend this place for your next car buying experience!!

James is absolutely amazing he worked harder to get us in the perfect car we wanted. He was truthful, has excellent customer service, and very professional. He took really good care of us.
