Perth County Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Booked an appointment for a recall on our SUV went in for the appointment. They never booked it, so it couldn't be seen so they booked it in for a week later, go in they tell my wife the parts were never ordered.... so it was booked again for 2 weeks later to ensure the parts would be in. 2 weeks later she takes it back in they change the motor oil because it isn't the right oil from the factory (part of the recall) but never got the parts that were required, so now shes going back for her 4th appointment. When it couldn't be seen until 4 hours after its booked time... they sent her with a loaner for she wouldn't miss work, then dropped the damn thing off with every tire under pressure. They should look at possibly hiring someone to organize there mess, we will never go to this dealership again don't have months to deal with simple issues.

Outstanding service! Had my wife's vehicle in for maintenance, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and our van was back on the road in no time. BEWARE BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE - Very bad customer service Initially they sold me car with bad and rusted rotors my car was vibrating. Later on, they broke my car alignment and refused to fix. Please save ur money not worth it buying from these guys.

I had a great experience dealing with Brianne the service manager. I had a tricky warranty claim on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler and she was able to work the claim for me and push through the issues and get it covered.
