I just made a curious inquiry online and Aden Johnston answered right away. Next thing I know I am making plans to buy a new 2026 Silverado. Aden was very professional and very easy to talk to. Tuesday afternoon and my truck broke down headed to my friend's cottage. Maybe a country song here. Yikes, the Check engine light on Solid! The truck stopped moving. No reverse no drive. A sheet of drywall in the back because my truck does work! On a local car repair shop's suggestion I called Peter Smith GMC in Belleville. Meghan in Service said they would check out the problem. A CAA flatbed picked up the truck on Tuesday. Wednesday I spoke to Brook, and then Greg. Very patience and nice people. I explained I was at the cottage and resided in Toronto. Greg said the transmission had a catastrophic failure, but they could fix it with a new transmission. It would be ready by the weekend! Promise made promise kept. The truck was ready and I picked it up on Friday morning! I did need some technical help when my gps app didn't pop up on the truck's display screen. It showed the right time but the date was wrong. Brook came out and fixed it and I was back in business. Thanks Meghan, Brook and Greg!!

This review is for service dept only. I needed body work done on my brand new work van. The passenger door was misaligned.. The dealer tried to fix it themselves first and scratched and chipped paint without fixing the issue. It went to the body shop after. The body shop made it better, but the paint repair looks like it was done with a paint pen with no sanding. Absolutely horrible. I literally could have done it better myself. As I will now have to do. When I notified my advisor with photos twice, I received no reply...
