Peterborough Chrysler

I recently purchased a truck from Peterborough Chrysler and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My salesman, Dillon, was fantastic—polite, funny, and completely accommodating without “sales” pressure. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He initially advertised the truck on Facebook Marketplace and responded to me promptly ( after hours ). This should not go unrecognized!!! Paul, the administrator, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to look after my needs and the preparation of my truck for delivery! He completed tasks and responded to my email inquires promptly. Terry, the manager, was also friendly and professional, creating a very welcoming atmosphere at the dealership. We spoke the day I went to test drive the truck and day of delivery; he was an approachable individual and a great representation of this dealership! The truck was exactly as advertised. I pointed out a few issues before purchasing, and everything was taken care of by the time I picked it up. After delivery, I noticed a couple of scratches that had been missed. Dillon immediately took the truck to their cleanup team and had them corrected on the spot to my complete satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with the truck and the seamless transaction.
