Jon Dion made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress free from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. The whole team was friendly and efficient, and I felt comfortable throughout the buying process. I just wanted to say thank you to those of you that helped in this last car buying process. I especially want to thank Siobahn, and Tom as they were amazing at respecting my boundaries and making the process as fun and painless as possible. In addition there were a bunch of little things they did that clearly showed they were looking out for me just as much as the business. Justin the GM was out of town when I picked up the truck but he made sure to catch me on a day I had to swing in. We got a chance to chat and again, there were little things he did and made sure that I had that he didn’t have to do. The little things in life matter and Peter’s crushed it in that realm! All in all I typically hate buying cars, but I would definitely make sure I bought another car from Peter’s Nissan, and more specifically from Siobahn on a day that Tom the sales manager is working! I financed a car for the first time through them and the moment I walked in I recognized an older gentleman sitting behind the desk. He was a customer of mine at my previous job, his name is Tom and he was such a nice man. Along with the other people sitting with him. I was taken care of by Noah Aku. He was absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole process. He was very good at explaining everything and making sure I was up to date and in the loop throughout the whole process. Super friendly and personable. He exceeded my expectations for everything I was looking for in my car and for my trade in. We practically met the entire staff and had a tour of the dealership. He answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire ordeal all the way up to driving my new car off the lot! Even now he continues to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly and that I'm happy with my vehicle. Which I am, could not have had a better experience!

This is just the best place to buy a car. The sales consultant Ali Al went above and beyond to help me out, he even came on his day off to help me because I had no other day off. Exceptional job. Also want to thank the finance manager Rafael Almonte, what a nice person, since the beginning trying to give me the best deal possible on the coverages. Really nice experience and I going home with a awesome 2013 maxima with all the features I wanted. I'm just really happy.
