Yes we all have an interesting Car Dealership story in our past and recent memory. But, I write this review with much joy! Why? Used Car Salesman Tim McGuire exceeded any and all expectations. Car Fax send me some leads on some light duty pick ups, in my price point. I hit the link reached out to the dealership & Mr. "Coach Tim" responded with in a brief time frame, offered insight, extra pictures & honored my time, budget & concerns. Although I am not heading to Illinois soon, the actions by "Coach Tim" have restored my hope in used cars & dealerships to the point of inspiring a review. Yes I even followed up with the GM today, with a phone call of appreciation

Excellent folks to buy from. They understood my needs and Tim was extremely helpful in getting us into the vehicle we wanted to buy. Erin kept all the paperwork/title/transfers smooth and complete. No more than a 15 minute in office transaction. Drove from upstate twice, once to see and drive, once to pick up. Really, just good, nice folks to talk to and buy from.
