If I could give a 0 star review I would. Todd, our salesman was friendly but aside from that, if you are looking for a reliable used car from this place I would suggest going elsewhere. The day I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey I was driving home, the security beeping for the side door came on and wouldnt shut off. This went on for a good 5 mins. I called the dealership and they suggested bringing the vehicle back and they would take a look at it. We live a hour 15 mins away and when they found nothing said we could take it in somewhere else to get it looked at, so we did. The beeping happens just about everyday but because it didnt happen while they were inspecting it, they told us there was nothing they could do. When we told Petersons sales manager the result and that we just wanted our money back, he wanted to lowball an offer. There is also some weird noise coming out of the dash and a clunking in the back wheel. If you are looking for a used vehicle dont buy from here. Selling new cars isnt difficult when you want a new car. Getting your money back when you drive a crap vehicle off the lot, is another story. If you are considering buying a used vehicle from this place, consider the negative reviews more than the 5 star, they're more true and I wish I would have read them before buying from this place. Unfortunately I wanted a van and the one I got I thought would be great! Its been a terrible experience!

So much easier dealing with them than the big dealerships. Hard to find local service with people who care! They are my new "go-to" dealership! 5 stars!

I live locally and recently made the mistake of having my oil changed on a fishing trip. The previous shop had not even changed my oil or filter and some damage was discovered. Thanks to the excellent techs at Petersen. These guys did a great job correcting the mistakes of the previous shop and inspecting my vehicle. Thanks fellas!
