WARNING!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I called ahead to get an oil change and rotate my tires on my F150 Raptor. They scheduled the appointment and had it back to me pretty quickly. This was to get ready for a long trip to Delaware and then back to Stuttgart for my niece’s wedding However, my drive side rear tire started making noice about halfway through Tennessee! The tire then started to bounce when I slowed down. I pulled into a Ford dealership for some help…. Then I noticed that the driver side rear tire lug nuts WERE ONLY FINGER TIGHT and One of the lug nuts HAD SHEARED OFF!!!! This was a VERY DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE!! The tire had almost come off which could have resulted in a crash and killing us and someone else!!! The Ford Dealership in Tennessee was very helpful and tightened the lug nuts. Not only did Petrus screw up my driver side rear tire, they also cross treated my oil pan drain plug!! Oil was (and still is after a so called fix by Petrus) leaking!! I have oil all over the under carriage of my truck!! I have to have this oil leak fixed by a confident mechanic!!

I give this dealership a five star rating for the great customer service and great pricing. I was searching for F150 and talk with Sandy who provided excellent customer service on making sure I got the F150 that was Inquiring about on there website. Due to the distance, she made my purchase easy and simple and when I get there, the truck was better than expected. No issues at all and the sales person Sandy answered any questions I had concerning this vehicle even after the purchase. If you looking for a great deal on a vehicle Petrus is worth the drive.!

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I called ahead to see if they could work on my jeep, and was told by the service manager to bring it in. He told me upfront it would be a week before he could get to it. 26 days later they finally bring it in the shop. After diagnosing the problem, they did not seem too eager to follow up with my aftermarket warranty. This did not set well with me. I politely ask that they put it back together and get my bill ready, so I can take it elsewhere to be fixed. When I get my jeep back, I raised the hood to see what they did. To my surprise, there is fire damage against the fire wall behind the battery. The spark plugs where hanging from the plug wires, which is a likely candidate for a fire starter. After speaking with the GM, he insisted they are in no way responsible for the fire. When I told him about the spark plugs hanging from the wire he argued that a spark will not spark if it is not screwed into the cylinder. I'm glad he is not a mechanic. Integrity is nonexistent at Petrus Auto Sales.

This review is for sales. My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel from this dealer. We live in Little Rock, and found the truck via Autotrader. Our sales person was very friendly and not pushy. He let us know about additional rebates and incentives. Every single person we encountered was welcoming and friendly. We brought our dog with us and he was also welcomed and was greeted with lots of attention and pets. The finance manager was friendly and very efficient and didn’t try to push warranties, etc. These folks treated us like family and we received an amazing deal on our truck. We highly recommend this dealer and would definitely buy from here again. The dealership is modern, well maintained and upscale. All dealers should be so easy to work with!

HUGE RIP OFF SCHEME AT THIS PLACE..we called to schedule an alignment on our car and was told that it would be $130. went today for our appointment and was told they could not do the alignment bc of parts that needed replaced (parts that are not worn out by the way) and that to do the alignment they would need to replace those parts, which would cost us $1900. I told them that I only want the alignment and they said that the could not do it. when I told them that I would not be getting it done there they charged me $130 for an inspection!! Something i was never told i would be charged for at all. I was never told that if they couldn't do it that they would still for an inspection, was never told that there would be an inspection done..nothing..so since I didnt want to give them $1900 for work that if needed i would do myself at home, they basically ripped me off the only way they could. easy to say i will not be going there for anything ever again and id advise you to do the same..
