Very, very, very happy with every person on the service team. Our Silverado popped a code and went into limp mode. We’re out of towners on our way further south. We were treated like locals and they got us in and out in a half day for a fuel injection job that would have been a full day or more anywhere else. We’re back on the road with no issues and are so thankful for the team at Petrus!

I worked with Tyler on a new Silverado, exceptional knowledge, Cordial, Professional, made sure I understood the electronics, features before leaving with purchase. I felt like I was buying from a friend. Excellent experience, painless, enjoyable give him a call. Petrus Chevrolet is the only place you need to shop they take care of you. I am so pleased with this company and how they do business.

They were very polite and professional on the phone telling me to bring my 2009 z71 up there. The original owner bought it brand new there and I think it was traded back and sold again and all I needed was for the ECU to be replaced and reprogrammed. They told me that they weren't going to mess with it, that it would put them behind. How long does it take to change that out really? I had a airbag recall postcard sent by petrus so I asked them if they could change my computer out while they was repairing the airbags and expressing to them how hard it was to get a trailer and load and unload the truck and the truck being my only transportation and he said that they'll try to work it in. That was 3 weeks ago and my truck's been up there for 5 weeks. When they finish the airbag recall they didn't even call me to let me know that they were finished and when I called I finally got ahold of the service manager he told me the same story, that they weren't going to do it, that they all discussed it and they weren't going to do it because it would put them behind.?? I told them from the start that they can work again whenever they could but evidently it's who you know and how much clout you have or if you are hunting Buddy's or something. This place is a joke! I asked them "what am I supposed to do when a Chevrolet place has to program the ECU?" He said that he didn't know? Well I'm telling everyone I know never to do business with them so if you're reading this review do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This is the only place My husband and I put our trust in when purchasing a vehicle . Will update with the vehicle i choose this week .

While on a fishing trip my brother's truck experienced a trouble code and we called Petrus service manager and he got us in immediately and replaced the part and got us back on the road. Great service, great people. Because of this service, it makes me want to make the 3 hour drive from my home to do business with them!!
