Place has a friendly vibe as I walked in. I was greeted by the receptionist. Lee hui was my relationship associate who amazed me not only by his depth of knowledge about the legendary ultimate driving machines but with wits and unparalleled graceful demeanor and great people skills. Then, action started when I sat behind the wheel and off to rest drive. Click was instantaneous and after couple of pleasant hours with Lee to finish paper work, I became another proud owner of a BMW. Thanks Pfaff for everything.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this dealership last weekend while attempting to trade in my car and get BMW EV. We spent three hours in the office essentially our entire Saturday afternoon, only for the dealership to act in bad faith despite having a signed contract. We finalized the deal, signed the Bill of Sale, and provided a deposit based on a agreed-upon monthly payment of $1,250. However, an hour after we left, we received a call claiming there was a "calculation error" in their system. They then attempted to retract the signed agreement, stating the new payment is actually between $1,750 and $1,900. The lack of integrity is staggering. Furthermore, they initially included a "fuel charge" on my electric vehicle. When we pointed out how absurd this was, the salesperson promised it would be removed. Yet, when they called us back to "correct" the price, that same unjustified fee was still included, along with other items that were supposedly "complimentary." Beyond the financial errors and their refusal to honor a signed contract, the level of courtesy was non-existent. While the receptionist was pleasant, the sales staff did not even offer us a seat during our wait. It is clear that this team does not value their customers' time, business, or legal agreements. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you expect transparency and professional conduct.
