Pfaff Subaru

Very disappointed with my experience at Pfaff Subaru. I purchased my vehicle in January, and in only 5 months of ownership, the car has already spent about 1 full month at the dealership because of repeated mechanical problems. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve dealt with an oil pump issue, an oil leak, an air fuel sensor issue, and even smoke coming from the vehicle while driving it home directly after a repair from the dealership. The service experience has been extremely frustrating. When I first reported the oil leak, it took nearly 3 weeks just to get an appointment for inspection. After that, I had to wait another 7 days for parts to arrive. I understand that parts can sometimes be backordered and delays can happen, but the overall lack of urgency and communication throughout the process has been disappointing. Now, despite the dealership telling me to bring the vehicle in as an “emergency,” I’m still being forced to wait another 2 weeks until the actual appointment date. I also requested a loaner vehicle since my car has repeatedly been unreliable and tied up at the dealership, but I keep getting told that no loaners are available. At this point, I’m paying for a vehicle I’ve barely been able to properly enjoy because it constantly seems to be back in service. What makes this even more disappointing is that my family previously purchased a 2021 vehicle from Pfaff Subaru back in 2024, and the experience back then was excellent. The dealership fixed a few issues for us at the time without charging anything, even though the vehicle no longer had warranty coverage. That level of customer service was the reason we returned, which makes this experience feel even more frustrating in comparison. The staff have been polite throughout the process, but overall this experience has been exhausting and disappointing. I expected a dealership vehicle to be properly inspected and supported, especially within the first few months of ownership. Instead, I’ve spent more time dealing with repairs, delays, and uncertainty than actually enjoying the car.

I just picked up my brand new Subaru brz Ts today! The process of ordering and reserving this vehicle was extremely smooth and easy. Camilo was so kind and generous throughout the entire process.
