⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Phelps Chevrolet in Greenville, North Carolina. I worked with Joseph while buying a new Tahoe, and he made the entire process smooth and quick. He got us in and out very efficiently, which we really appreciated. After getting the vehicle home, we noticed a few blemishes in the bodywork. Mr. Phelps was extremely understanding and willing to help get them fixed or even swap us into a different vehicle if needed. We ended up swapping vehicles, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was lined up and Joseph was ready with the new paperwork, making the transition easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Phelps Chevrolet and their team for anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
Best sales department I have ever dealt with. Chris was my sales professional and he was outstanding. He is very professional, friendly and attentive. Chris work hard to gain our loyalty and get our business and sell me a new suburban that I wanted. He worked to get us a price we were happy with. Chris also ordered all the accessories we wanted for our new vehicle (front license holder, hood deflector, air reflectors for all side windows. And front, 2 row and cargo liners). The other personal we meet where also very professional, friendly and attentive to our needs.
