# Summary The dealership receives widespread praise for knowledgeable and personable sales staff who prioritize customer education without applying pressure, along with strong service department performance. One customer experienced significant administrative issues during financing that required multiple trips back to complete paperwork, though they noted the sales team was otherwise professional and friendly.
😍 We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Our salesperson Dave was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was professional, honest, patient, and worked hard to get us a great deal and a fair price.🙌🏻 He answered all of our questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made us feel pressured. The entire buying experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable because of his outstanding customer service.♥️ We truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
The Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills dealership experience was 5 star. My salesperson, Maggie, went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed about my Hyundai options and did not make me feel pressured or rushed. Jerry, the Used Car Manager introduced himself and "checked in " numerous times to see if I needed anything. Super friendly people who are very easy to work with. Even the General Manager showed a genuine interest in ensuring that my experience was positive and professional and that I was satisfied with the process. That's a first, for me. Truly a relationship oriented organization. 100% positive experience and I received a great deal on a very nice Kona. Nothing negative to share. I'll be back for my next purchase. Great job!
To start, I will say this was quite an odd dealership experience. My partner found a used 2020 Ford Escape Titanium that she liked. She wanted out of her Bronco and into something more practical for her commute. We got pre-approved with our bank, picked up the check, and headed down from Denver on Memorial Day to look at and potentially purchase the car. We were greeted by our salesman Isaiah, who was a great guy. No issues there at all. After the test drive we talked numbers, agreed on a price, and waited to go back to finance. After about an hour, our finance manager Adam greeted us. Seemed like a really nice guy. We handed him our blank pre-approval check – the kind where you call the bank first to verify they’ll approve the amount before writing anything on it. Instead, Adam filled it out and then called the bank. The bank didn’t approve the amount, and since it was Memorial Day, they were closed for the rest of the day. So we had to drive the Bronco back to Denver, get a new check the next day, and make the trip all over again. I took another day off work to go back with her. We met Adam again, handed over the new check, and I asked “Is there anything else we need to do before we go?” He said no, he’d call in the morning and everything was good. We drove the Escape back to Denver. The next day we flew home to Virginia. I missed a call mid-flight – it was Adam. He forgot to have us sign the check and said we’d need to make another trip down. I let him know she could come Monday or Tuesday. He said that was fine and that he’d be out of town but it wouldn’t be an issue. She drove down after work. Got there, and Adam hadn’t told anyone where he left the check. They scrambled to find it, she signed it, and drove home. Then she got a text from Adam saying “Hey I’m back from vacation, when are you coming to sign the check?” All in all, it’s a nice dealership. The sales manager and everyone else there were great. If you’re financing through them directly you’d probably have zero issues. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back – but attention to detail and not rushing through paperwork would have saved us a lot of unnecessary trips.
We decided to take my car on a road trip instead of the Phil Long Lincoln. Called and Virginia Douglas as always, found room for my busy Golf schedule. From greeting to showing me what was needed, getting it done quickly and I was able to meet my next appointment by 9:30am!!!!!! Great to see so many smiling faces working in the service Department at Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills From service Porter John to Service Director Andy....you're family...
I decided to visit the Hyundai dealer and I met a gentleman there named Lavon Taylor. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful answering any questions I had.. Lavon was able to persuade me into trading in my 2022 Kia Telluride. .I left a lot with a 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT and I am so satisfied with the decision I made of trading in for this luxury vehicle..Lavon was able to go over all the features and perks of owning this new vehicle I am very satisfied. I would recommend anyone stop over there and meet Lavon Taylor one of their sales consultants there at Hyundai.. Thank you.! I Love my new ride!
