Phil Long Kia quickly got my vehicle in for repairs and took my concerns and repairs very seriously. They invested a significant amount of time diagnosing my vehicle's issue and explained every step they took to correct the issue. Moreover, though the dealership didn't have to loan me a car, they made an exception so my son and I didn't have to wait any longer at the dealership than needed. The Phil Long staffs' professionalism, eagerness to help, and genuine concern will certainly keep me coming back for all of my maintenance in the future. I took my wife’s car to Phil Long Kia for a recall service and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. From the moment I checked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle, our service consultant, really stood out. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure I understood what was being done. I never felt rushed or out of the loop. The service team completed the recall and also did a full inspection. They gave me a heads up on a few things to keep an eye on down the road. What really impressed me was the convenience. The shuttle team took me to work, picked me up later, and even delivered the car back to my workplace. That made the whole process so easy. Overall, the experience was smooth, stress free.
