What really stood out was how helpful and attentive everyone was throughout the entire visit. The staff was quick to offer coffee or soda while I waited. He's diligent, he went to the line for me and got me the financing I needed, then he detailed the car filled it up with gas and now I have a beautiful new truck. The buying process was easy I swear it took me less than 15 minutes to sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot. I don't care where you are in Arkansas drive to Russellville and talk with James. He's the man!

This dealership is HIGH INTEGRITY! They were able to turn a bad situation (blown Tundra engine at 44k miles; known issue associated with a factory recall) into a positive. After another Toyota dealership closer to my home wanted to take advantage of me given the situation, This dealership who sold me the truck stepped up, gave me a fair value for my trade, gave me a good price on a new Tundra and took great care of me through the transaction. They represent the Toyota brand with excellence and understand what customer service is. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased across almost 20 years from the GM of this dealership. Think honest high integrity people don’t exist in the auto industry? Think again! Thank you for your years of excellent service Eric! In addition…I had the dealership swap the wheels and tires from my old truck to the new one. An honest oversight was made and the TPM sensors were not programmed. I didn’t discover this until I was almost 30 miles away from the dealership. A quick call back to the dealership was made to report the issue. Instead of having me drive back, Rosendo volunteered to drive to me. Within minutes, he showed up with a tool, programmed the sensors on my new truck within minutes and had me back on my way. Thank you so much Rosendo for this display of customer service! It is so refreshing to experience this level of customer service, especially in this day and age. Bravo gentleman!!!
