He even washed the truck which wasn't dirty plus filled up the gas tank. Both Very supportive and informative! Monty was so friendly, spent more time with him during my time there. Very kind guy.

Christopher was extremely helpful, he kept me informed the whole time I was there and it wasn't long, in and out fast. Vince wasn't bad either. My car need a backup camera. What can I say? I went through three different Chevy dealers before landing at this one, and the first two gave me nothing but headaches from lack of communication to literally being told to wait while another customer checked out a vehicle during my active purchase. With Kay here at Chevy in Lansing, none of that happened. He and his team went above and beyond from start to finish.
