After having a terrible experience at a dealership in Beaumont, I decided to go straight to Philpott where I had a great experience at Ford Edge years ago. I was lucky enough to meet Tre Fobbs, who sat down and took every detailed note of the Bronco I had my heart set on. He didn’t tell me there was no way we could make it work, he didn’t bring me a quote sheet that had BS tacked on, and he certainly didn’t claim to be giving me an “employee discount quote” that was the same price as what was listed on the website (my exact experience at the prior dealership). Instead, he asked for 10 minutes to locate what I wanted to see what we could work out. Turns out it was my lucky day and my absolute dream car had just been delivered that morning. It was better than what I wanted and what I was prepared to buy at the previous dealership. We went out to look at it first and he and I both immediately knew I wasn’t leaving without it. Instead of trying once and telling me there was no way, Tre looked into all the options, gave me a great trade in on my car, and the next thing I knew I was sitting in the finance office signing papers before driving off in my new baby! Speaking of, Josh in finance was a pleasure to work with as well - made the process quick and smooth while making sure I knew what I was signing. As a woman going to buy a car alone, I cannot sing Tre and Philpott’s praises enough. The GM, Bob, caught word of my experience in Beaumont and made sure to call Tre and speak with me directly to ensure I was happy with my experience once it was all said and done. After this, I won’t be going anywhere else because I know they will find whatever vehicle I want in the future. Thank you Tre and Philpott!!

I had an amazing experience at Philpott Ford. It started with an online inquiry which Austin McCracken picked up. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to get me answers for my situation. He was very patient explaining the pricing, the features validating with pictures and specs. I appreciated how up front he was about the cost, my trade-in and financing. I continued the process online filling out applications with immediate response from Austin. I went to the dealership a couple days later Austin met me up front took me outside where he had the truck all detailed ready to roll. Then he took me to the finance department where Josh was awesome, professional and made the final steps of signing the paperwork seamless! The quickest I’ve ever purchased a vehicle. I highly recommend Austin and the Philpott Ford team to anyone looking for a new vehicle for a timely, transparent, smooth stress-free experience.

Phillpott Ford has an outstanding sales team that made the buying process quick and easy. Their service department is excellent—especially the Mobile Service option. For our first maintenance visit, they came to us and completed everything right in the parking lot, which was incredibly convenient. Every employee we’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

After a nightmare experience at another local Ford dealership, I was pleased to experience a straightforward buying experience. Our Salesman Dylan was polite and professional. He made buying our vehicle stress free. The vehicle had a minor scratch, and they were quick to correct it to our satisfaction. I will be recommending friends and family to buy from Dylan at Philpott.

I normally don’t leave reviews. However they had my vehicle for 8 business days. Heather never called once to update me on service. I finally went to pick it up because no one would call me back. It was not even looked at! No accountability was taken!Very disappointed! I do not recommend. Horrible customer service
