I recently traded in my Kia for a 2026 Hyundai, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. It drives great, has excellent features, and feels like a major upgrade. I'm especially impressed with the technology, comfort, and overall quality of the vehicle. This is the 12th vehicle from a dealership that I’ve purchased but I’ve been to 100s of dealers in my 41 years. I can tell you that most dealer experiences I’ve had were stressful and I felt like I was being manipulated and lied to bc I was a woman. But this time was different. I found the perfect truck, the truck of my dreams but bc of my credit and coming out of a divorce I knew that I wouldn’t get approved but hey it was worth a shot. I had to at least try. Scott greeted me and answered all the questions I had about the truck. He was upfront and honest about a lot of things that most dealers aren’t, so right off the bat I felt like I could trust him. He bent over backwards for me and my kids bc he knew how much it meant to us. After sending out apps to several banks and getting turned down he told me to wait 15 more mins, that he was hopeful and knew he could find someone who would finance me. 15 mins later he said “we got you approved” and I cried, I was in disbelief. Not only was I approved but he got me a rate that I’ve never had on any vehicle before in my life, and with bad credit at that. As I wiped the tears from my eyes I could see his eyes starting to tear up too. I knew he had a heart but I could see it now open on display. After finishing up the paperwork he then gave me his card and told me if I ever needed anything, if I was stranded on the side of the road to call him and he would be there. What salesman cares that much?? He pulled the truck up to the front and handed me the keys, then as my kids climbed into the back with the biggest smiles on their faces he then buckled them into their car seats. So of course I broke down again. Philpott Hyundai you got a great man working for you who actually has a soul and who touched mine and my kids lives yesterday. I’m still in disbelief. But one thing I do know, I will never get another vehicle from anyone else but Scott from here on out. Thank you Scott for what you did for my family!

First time I ever went there but I have known Scott Wright for well over 13 years. I have worked with him and this makes the 4th vehicle we have bought from him at other places. Once again the Big Red Head (now mixed with gray) has got us the exact package for actually less that we expected on the note. Most of all it was a very fast pleasant experience. Don't see it on the lot he can get it quick. Get an appointment with him and you will be a repeat customer.
