Piazza Honda of Philadelphia

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Piazza and it was a wonderful experience. I was back just this week in the service department getting an oil change and some recall work done and I want to take a moment to say just how easy and pleasant that experience was too! From booking to drop off it was so simple. Then I was blown away when Jacques in the service department went above and beyond to help me get a Lyft to a commitment and back to the dealership while they finished working on my car. Truly top tier service, I am impressed with the whole operation and will certainly be bringing my business back again.

This is one of the best service locations I've received. I'm from NY and this is my first time living in Philadelphia. I've had 2 visits here and the staff is exceptional and they don't make you wait too long. What's even more exceptional is that they are very ethical and don't over-service when it's not needed nor do they charge you for things they haven't done. 2 exceptional employees there are Dawn and Michael. They made me feel welcomed both times I went there. They are genuine and honest which is what you hope for most when you service your car. Truly an exceptional experience!

I purchased a 2025 civic si from here and I was very happy. My sales rep was Allen Ma who was super helpful with all the questions that I asked and made the process much easier. The car I purchased is incredibly popular and every other dealer I called had a markup on it but Piazza Honda did not. Its a breath of fresh air to see a dealer who is not marking up their vehicles. So I jumped on it quickly. Piazza was happy to work with me even though I am from out of state (CT). Overall, good experience with the dealer and I would recommend them.
