We recently purchased a new Kona via Johnny at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown. The entire process was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my more than 50 years of buying cars. Johnny was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to our objectives and questions. Our negotiation was pleasantly professional and straightforward. I felt that Johnny took responsibility to make our business appreciated. He succeeded! Overall quality, professional service and an excellent experience.

It was a dreary rainy day. At the time of my appointment, I entered the dealership and was met with many smiles and an upbeat environment. My rep, Tiffany, was super friendly and helpful. I already knew what I wanted, so the transition was easy. My experiences at this location have always been pleasant. My new 2026 Kona SEL is beautiful and has more upgrades than I expected. I can't wait to hit the road. Thanks also to Emily in Finance for a flawless experience. I'll definitely recommend this location and Tiffany to anyone who asks (and maybe to those who don't ask).

Excellent customer service from Robbie Sadler. I went to 3 different Hyundai dealerships before this, and Robbie was by far the most honest, professional, and informative sales rep we've dealt with. He took his time explaining everything to my wife and I on the car. We came in with our own financing, quick negotiations, did not push or try to oversell and made the process seamless. I had a great experience leasing my new Tuscon here. Tiffany and Stephanie were incredibly helpful and provided great support in the lease change process. We accomplished much of the deal in advance of signing, and they had us in and out of there quickly (which was so appreciated with needing to bring our toddler)! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We love the new car.
