Pickering Auto Lab - European Car Specialist - Sales & Service

I purchased two pre-owned vehicles from PAL, a 2015 Caravan and a 2015 Tiguan, both with low miles. PAL was kind enough to do some small fixes on both vehicles before I picked them up. These included rustproofing the wheel-well and a windshield chip repair on the Caravan, and a rear-light repair and some anti-rust touch-ups on the Tiguan. I've had both vehicles about a month and so far I'm very pleased with both of them. I'd also like to give a shout out to Zain. He's very upfront about the vehicles he sells, and as such, he has more of the vibe of a "guide" as opposed to a salesman. That makes him very easy to deal with. I feel he has a genuine desire to sell a good product and for you to be happy with your purchase. Buying from him has the feel of buying from a friend. I believe Zain and PAL have the right attitude and principles to be doing business in car sales. You can sense the commitment they are making to build a good company. Combine this with their inherent decency (one more shout out to the "young" age ~25(?) soft-spoken black mechanic who worked on our car - he has a genuineness to him as well), it's hard not to root for them and I hope their efforts pay off. This is a good group of people who do business the right way. I sincerely wish Zain and PAL the best in the years to come.

I was recently in a situation where repairing my current vehicle no longer made financial sense, and it was time for an upgrade. After browsing the market, I found a competitively priced vehicle on CarGurus and decided to stop by AutoLabs for more information. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Zain, who answered my questions about the vehicle and promptly provided the Carfax report. He was truly a bright spot during a stressful time. He was friendly, professional, and always available. The purchasing process was transparent and stress free. After the purchase, I brought the car back to AutoLabs to have an issue checked. Linden scheduled me within the hour, and Azaan clearly explained the concern I had. The issue was resolved the very next day, and the car has been running smoothly ever since. July 8, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my car to pickering autolab to have the AC charged, and I had a great experience. Sunny was extremely helpful and friendly, she kept me informed every step of the way. She even gave me her number in case I had any questions about my car, which I really appreciated. Sunny also took the time to asked who I normally serviced with and offered for autolab to become my go-to shop. The service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the customer care went above and beyond. On top of that, they have a clean and comfortable waiting area, which made the wait that much better. Based on this visit, I can definitely see myself returning here for all of my car needs. You know what they say, "Happy Son Happy Life" 😉 Highly recommend!

no calls nor email wasted my time and effort getting my car checked here. i was asking for a steering diagnostic and a repair estimate, waited almost 6hrs. i had to call them to ask if my car was ready for pickup. surely it was ready hours beforehand and until now i am still waiting for the repair estimate. the lady at the front desk told me that she will email it to me 2 days ago. they could have easily said they didn’t want to repair it or they were too busy instead of wasting my time and effort ubering there and back

I’ve dealt with enough mechanics to know when something feels off… and this place isn’t that. They’re straight up, they respect your time and your money, and they actually care about doing the job right. No scare tactics, no inflated bills. Just good, honest work.
