Yogi and Yousef were great to deal with. They were very fair and accommodating with the entire transaction. Yousef has a big personality and finds a way to make a deal happen! There were no surprises which can’t always be said when trying to buy a car nowadays. I just wish they have more photos and video online 😉

It was a great experience shopping at Pickering Chrysler! Conrad and Alex were great to chat and work with on my purchase. Some years ago, I previously purchased a vehicle from Conrad when he was at another brand, so it was great to connect with him again, here in Pickering. Since I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, there was some preventative maintenance I wanted to have performed, so I chatted with service on the day I took delivery, to schedule it. Brigitte and Adam were also great to chat with there. One thing I appreciate is the true small-store atmosphere. There is another CDJR store in the GTA, that has always promoted the idea that their small, non-fancy dealer is the one to visit, as it saves the customer money, “nobody beats a deal from ‘them’.” I laugh, however, as depending on your payment method, you’ll be penalized by being charged more for that method. During my search for the vehicle, there were other stores that had stock which I would have inquired about/potentially purchased, but the first thing I’d do is check their pricing policies, and specifically chose not to reward those locations with my business; simply closed the window and continued looking. There are only a few stores left that do not participate in this, and Pickering Chrysler is one of them. Being around the industry for years, and from a customer POV, Pickering Chrysler is walking the talk of a small-store, customer-centric approach. Others? Not so much, despite what they promote. Sean is running a great ship here in Pickering. Thanks for a great experience!

From our first call to our last moment, absolutely everyone at this amazing family feeling dealership truly made the purchase of our new/used truck the very best experience that we have ever had! My wife and I first contacted the dealership through their website. And after many window shopping days we drove the 4 hours to the dealership and met with Keith. He already knew what we were looking for and nailed it on the first truck. Completely! My wife and I had decided between two dealerships what trucks we were interested in, but Keith's dedication to knowing the vehicle, explaining all aspects of the options available, he reeled us in. Then Yousef came in, and sealed the deal. Two genuine people who know to make you feel welcome like a friend. To the whole team at Pickering, eep doing what you do!
