What a great experience! If your thinking of buying a new car make sure to put Pickering VW on your list. We had never ever thought about a VW. But after our current SUV was written off we started the hunt. After seeing and driving the 2026 VW Tiguan. We knew this was our next vehicle. Both Zeion and AJ were fabulous and helpful answering our many questions. We love our new vehicle!

5 Star, 10/10 experience, truly! Andrew and AJ provided more than exceptional service and actually won my decision. The Tiguan was one of several vehicles I was considering to purchase and to be honest I didn’t think it was going to be the one I eventually decided on. Andrew was solid right off the bat. Easy going, knowledgeable, attentive and great to deal with. I was honest and told him I had a lot of homework to do and a few other vehicles to check out. He respected that and was patient as I started the process. I appreciated that because I’m not good at making big decisions easily. Very long story short, Andrew followed up with a few messages and everything we discussed was on point. I went back to PVW and Andrew, AJ and I went to work on negotiations. When the dust settled they came out on top. They were all class the whole time. They ensured that my needs and wants were put first. They were honest the whole way and delivered on everything they said they would. No frills whatsoever. It was truly a great experience. By the end of it I felt like I was talking to good buddies that I have known for a while and that says a lot and goes a long way for me. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, check them out. I have no doubt they will be as great to you as they were to me. I can’t reccomend them enough and I look forward to future business with them! They were also right about the vehicle I bought, it is exceptional as well and I enjoy driving it!

Well, the service was kind of mixed up and the original salesperson we contacted was unavailable. We met a nice enough salesperson, but were absolutely duped on an extremely bad AS IS deal. Yes, we realize this is a risk, but we have done this more than once with a Ford dealer in Peterborough and the sales people were careful not to take in a bad trade and ruin their reputation. We now have to lose 3,000 or pay double what the car is worth to fix it. I recommend this dealership think twice before selling uninspected vehicles to suckers like us. Might be good for new, but don't take any as is deals.

My parents ordered a Golf R in November 2025, promised in February, March, and April 2026. No car, zero communication from the dealership, and they are claiming they aren’t receiving our calls or emails. We have proof of the calls and emails that they are dodging to both the sales person and their manager. Now it’s almost May. My parents have gone into the dealership in person and been met with hostility and denial. They’ll take your money and sit on it, avoid this dealership at all costs. June edit: we just received the car. 8 months wait with the worst communication from the entire dealership staff

We bought our GTI from Pickering VW over the Labour Day weekend, and the experience was genuinely above and beyond — even for a higher-mileage used car. From the start, Zeion really understood me as a car owner and my attention to detail. Everything we noticed during the test drive was addressed and fixed before pickup (within reason), and they were completely transparent about the work order and safety inspection. Zeion even went the extra mile to check some of the repair history with the previous owner to give me peace of mind - it’s a manual car, knowing that the clutch was recently replaced was huge! When it came time to finalize the sale, I negotiated for a small thing to be included — OEM paint pens to touch up a few chips. They were on backorder, and I live out of town, plus there was a postal strike at the time. Despite all that, Zeion stayed in touch over the next couple of months, kept me updated on the status, let me know when they shipped, and even followed up to confirm I’d received them. That kind of follow-through after the sale — for a $40 item — says everything about his level of care and professionalism. I’ve been absolutely loving my GTI these past two months and can’t recommend Pickering VW and Zeion highly enough.
