Very friendly and worked to get us a fair deal on our trade-in as well as a great price on the new Aviator we purchased. I finally got my Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring Hybrid back last Friday, and I truly want to share my experience. Nick was amazing throughout this entire process. The amount of work done on my vehicle was significant — engine work, transmission service, turbo repair, air conditioner repair, oil pan replacement, and even fixing the side mirror. This was not a small job. There were some challenges along the way. After the first delivery, there was still a leak, which was frustrating. However, what really stood out was Nick’s professionalism and commitment. He didn’t ignore the issue or make excuses. He followed up immediately, took the vehicle back, and made sure everything was properly repaired. The final result was amazing. The car is running strong, no leaks, the AC works perfectly, and everything feels solid again. After a stressful journey, I truly appreciate the transparency, persistence, and dedication to getting the job done right. That level of service makes a big difference. I just purchased a '24 Corsair PHEV from Pierre. They are not my normal Lincoln dealership, being located on the opposite side of the Seattle metro area from my home, and the dealer I typically use and have been satisfied with. I'd say that their combination of inventory and sales benefits along with a pleasant experience working with their sales staff sold me the car. I badly wanted a new 24 Lincoln PHEV to replace my aging Nautilus which had kept me quite comfortable and served me well for over 80k miles. Pierre not only had one in stock, but had one with just precisely the combination of features I liked, and worked the numbers to make the sale. The staff there, particularly Aaron in sales, are 1st class, very helpful and of course as pleasant and welcoming as a Lincoln dealer should be. (I don't consider myself to be particularly affluent, and don't worry about my presentation or dressing up nicely to go drop some money on a car,,, or just about anything else. I might not have been so welcomed or nicely treated by some others.) I'm quite pleased with my experience with Pierre (and with that Corsair PHEV so far). I'd recommend shopping with them. I'd recommend purchasing a Lincoln with the "True Comfort" seats too. Particularly to elders or any person with back trouble. No other vehicle on the market has as comfortable a seat as it is. For me, it's the difference between being able to drive 1 hour or 10 hours in enough comfort to only leave that seat for fuel or normal bodily functions. My body behaves 40 years younger when I can drive seated in the Lincoln "True Comfort Seats". No joke.

Nick is great. Luxury cars are all about customer service and Nick stands out in that regard. Its hard to find someone to trust in the service advisor role but Nick is that guy. Thanks
