Pilson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

Thought I was getting an Amazing Deal....Bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 October 17,2025. Transmission blown before the 3rd payment was made January 17,2026. Bought the extended warranty on the transmission for an extra $2200 and was told I drove over the allowed 12,000 miles. Was told I drove over 16,000 miles in less than 90 days....Excuse me? Surely I would have had to do more than 1 oil change on this truck. Was most certain I had Not driven the truck to California and back 3 times in the last 90 days to get relatively close to even the 12,000 mile limit. Would have had to drove the truck literally 150 miles a day to get that amount of miles. Was told $8300 to fix my truck or trade it in at a loss and get a Newer truck with a higher payment 🤔 No Thank You! Also I was given an option of $500 off the labor if I chose to have it done at Pilson Auto. Again No Thank You. I can get the upgraded transmission for $6250 with a 5 year parts/labor unlimited milage elsewhere. Will NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN or Recommend this Dealership. Word of Mouth advertisement here is a Fail! I now have a beautiful yard ornament sitting in my driveway dubbed the Payment Princess 👸 by my family... thank you very much... Not..... Pilson Auto

Very nice and courteous service department. Performed warranty work on my 2024 Dodge Hornet RT Plus even though I did not purchase it there. I am very grateful for that. Their waiting area and whole facility is very clean and modern. Service employees are friendly and glad to help when needed. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
