I've bought car's from both pinegar dealerships. But I won't do it again most of the people I dealt with where fantastic. Up tell the new car manager Brittany got involved. The way she said it had to be wrote up. It didn't have to be done the way she did it. Her way coat me about $150.00 more a month but I found out later the insurance went up $300.00 a month. 😡🤬 i guess writing a review gets you a letter banning you for any pinegar dealership. They also damaged. I found out to keep a great review number is pay Google to take down all bad reviews. What's funny is i never threatened my niece just judged the service. That also explains the gag order you sent trying to make sure no more was said about it. But at this time I just stated a comment about performance. But now you committed a slandering statement implying i threatened someone.

We had a very smooth purchase process involving Don as our salesman. He was quick to respond to questions. He made certain everything was in order before we arrived at the dealership. And the actual vehicle pick up/paperwork process was fast and painless. We appreciate his professionalism.

Bought a vehicle there. I noticed a dent when I got home. I called to notify them and asked if they would make it right and fix it. (They admitted knowing about the dent because when I called the saleman told me another person notified him of it and they chose not to disclose it to me.) Then said vehicle was sold “as is” and said they can get it fixed but their cost would be my cost. In addition, to all of this. The salesman said he would get the vehicle cleaned up while I signed paperwork. It was filthy they didn’t do anything to it. There was a jelly packet noticeably just sitting on the floor. He offered to let them “try again” and made excuses for them telling me that they do not get paid well in detail. Salesman name was Terry. I will never consider them in the future and I would advise people to look elsewhere.

Jeff was amazing!!! We were forced to look for a car in a short period of time due to an accident and Jeff Davidson made it such an easy and wonderful experience!! He is very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice for us. I will go to him EVERY TIME I am in need of a car. Go see him and he will treat you like family!!
