Could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first vehicle from a dealership. Their team was super quick to get back to me after I had inquired about the vehicle I was going to look at. When I arrived, they greeted me and were extremely friendly and got the vehicle ready for a test drive super quick. Hal was very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Dom, the owner, is such a great guy and also a pleasure to work with. He was willing to work with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and truly went above and beyond. Hal and Dom made this experience amazing and I will definitely be back. After buying from Pinnacle Peak Auto Sales, I don’t see myself going to big brand dealership again. Thank you guys!

Pinnacle Peak of ZERO integrity. I was trying to buy a 2013 Mazda 3 with a manual transmission. No Integrity Nick was my point of contact. I had loan approval AND all we were waiting for was the check probably on Monday. No integrity Nick never once asked me for a deposit and even told me to “take my time”. Then he texts me (not even the courtesy to call) that he sold the car for cash saying he didn’t have a deposit or anything. Which was never asked for and would have easily been given if asked. I didn’t even haggle on the price wanted it to be easy for both of us. I probably dodged a bullet but BUYER BEWARE pinnacle peak and No integrity Nick don’t run a business based on integrity and honor. They are the stereotypical used car lot!

I would highly recommend pinnacle peak auto! I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson today and I am thrilled with my purchase. They listen to my needs there was no pressure. They actually cared about me and the vehicle that they were putting me into which meant the world to me. I would highly highly recommend Felix, James, and the group to anyone looking for their next vehicle.! I am just so incredibly excited and so is my dog as you will see in the picture below. Thank you so much, Felix, James, and everybody for helping turn my world around a little bit today.

🚩 Unprofessional Dealer – Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango STS from Pinnacle Peak Auto Sales on 7/3/2025. Almost immediately, the check engine light came on. Now, I’ll be the first to admit — I should have inspected the car better myself. But it’s that whole buddy–friend–pal–“we’ll take care of you” technique that got me. That’s how they lure you in — with the friendly routine. But once you drive off the lot, you’re on your own. Take a look at the pictures I attached of the place they call their “shop.” Ask yourself: if you were about to buy one of their Porsches, BMWs, or other high-end vehicles, and you saw that this is where they send cars for service… would you buy from them? I had the check engine light checked and was told it was something simple, so I replaced the EGR valve sensor myself, thinking I’d save everyone the hassle. To no avail — the light came back on the very next day. When I sat down with Greg, the General Manager, to finish my down payment, I asked him directly if this vehicle had been looked at. Greg told me they send all their vehicles to “their maintenance facility” to be inspected, and that they rely on whatever those shop guys say. But based on what I experienced afterward, that claim doesn’t match reality. When I called again about the check engine light, the detail employee who answered the phone said he’d have to check with Felix, their “hookup guy” for maintenance issues. That made it clear: all they really do is detail auction cars and put them straight on the lot. They don’t actually have the vehicles properly checked out by professionals. They sent me to a so-called “shop” in Tempe that looked more like a junkyard — beer bottles scattered around, cars sitting in dirt, and a mechanic who admitted he didn’t even have the Mopar software to run proper diagnostics. He said he’d have to call Felix. It’s also clear the codes were simply reset before the test drive — a trick most shady dealerships use so the check engine light doesn’t show up right away. Sure enough, the light came back on once the system completed its cycle. On top of that, it was obvious the vehicle was never properly inspected before being put on the lot: Even the wiper blades were missing rubber. The washer fluid sprayed out the left side of the hood instead of toward the windshield. And inside, one of the speakers was cracked. My advice: don’t make the same mistake I did. Pinnacle Peak Auto Sales does not stand behind their vehicles, does not use professional repair facilities, and does not deserve your trust. (Pictures attached for proof.)

A great place to do business. The dealership has a family atmosphere and everyone is nice, no pressure, and is knowledgeable. I will be buying a car from them any time I need a ride!
