Pioneer Chevrolet

I went to Pioneer Chevrolet because my dad always went there. I told Issac what I needed and wanted and ended up test driving a Traverse. It didn’t have all the features I wanted but I liked the ride. I was going to look around and the general manager Charles came over and told me they could find what I wanted and beat the best price that I found. I showed them what I wanted. Rod said he’d find it for me. The next morning I got a courtesy call from Isaac saying they were still looking. He called later in the day to say my car would be there by 5:00. I showed up and Issac went and brought it around. It was the color I wanted with all the features I wanted at a great price. After about an hour I was on my way home with my dream car. Great service and great team work. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. I will definitely be going back for my future car needs.

Pioneer was so pleasant to deal with after the horrible experience I had with the Chevrolet dealership in Parkersburg. They were able to work with me, stay within my budget range and didn't play any games. They were upfront, honest and gave me a way better offer right off the bat putting the Parkersburg Chevrolet dealership to shame! The purchasing process was painless, quick and they took the time to explain the whole process and answer any questions I had! I will be returning my business only to the Chevrolet Pioneer Marietta location.

We just bought a new Chevrolet Equinox RS from Pioneer Chevrolet today. They worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted. We were treated well by the entire staff. It was a good experience. I will definitely get my vehicle serviced at this business.

A salesman immediately came out to the lot and asked if he could help me (and it was raining), I usually have to hunt for assistance so it started out well. He was so helpful and knowledgeable as was everyone I spoke to. I left with a new car and I’m very happy with the experience! Thank You!!

I was in the middle of my review and it cut me off. They told me was supposed to have 18" wheels and it had 16" wheels. But I bought the car new from pioneer and it came with these wheels. My car only has 45000 miles on it . They corrected the problem and I left . I got home and realized the sticker in my window for the next oil change. Said at 110000 miles I was surprised because my car only has 45000 Miles on it. I checked my paperwork and sure enough. It was incorrect as well. Said my car came in with 105000 miles on it . And they even had the color wrong. I called and was upset because I have extended warranty package. This kind mistake in the computer cold negade my warranty. He assured me on the phone they corrected it in computer. Said it was a claricle error. Me and several other customers in waiting room. All were complaining about the quality of service and. The cleanliness and refreshments had also gone down hill. They were polite but but I left contemplating going to another Chevy dealership.
