Pioneer Chrysler Jeep

We purchased long distance after seeing an ad for the vehicle on Facebook. Rohan, the salesman, did a fantastic job of providing information and images on the Jeep ensuring we knew exactly what we would be getting. If anything he undersold how good this Jeep is. Rohan arranged for the delivery and the vehicle arrived without incident. (Shout out to Doug and Rick on delivery). We got a great deal on a great used Jeep JK. [UPDATE] Changing rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Shortly after posting my initial review, management from Pioneer Chrysler Jeep reached out directly to address our concerns. They promptly booked my father in for servicing and replaced the defective HVAC/blower motor parts. The vehicle is now running perfectly and the issue is completely resolved. While the initial post-sale communication was frustrating, I genuinely appreciate that the dealership took this seriously, stepped up, and took the necessary action to make things right for my dad. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I helped my elderly father purchase a used 2017 Nissan Rogue from Pioneer Chrysler Jeep in Mission at the end of April, and unfortunately, our post-sale experience has been incredibly disappointing. While the vehicle generally runs great, the HVAC/blower motor started showing issues just three days after taking it home. After having the car for a few weeks, I narrowed down the issue: it consistently acts up after the vehicle has been running for 5 to 10 minutes from a cold start. I initially contacted our salesperson after the weekend passed and only having the vehicle for 4, who was understanding and asked management if we could bring it back in, acknowledging that it was likely a pre-existing issue that went undiagnosed during their inspection. Instead of making it right, management completely declined to look at the vehicle and simply told me that I 'should have purchased the warranty.' I asked the manager to call me directly to discuss the situation, but I was completely ghosted and haven't heard back from them since. Now, we are left spending out of pocket to have the issue diagnosed and fixed on our own. While I visited a handful of other dealerships under the Pioneer name across the Lower Mainland and thought they were great, I would absolutely not recommend buying a vehicle from this specific Mission location. Once you drive off the lot, they want nothing to do with you.

I was in a pinch. Needed a vehicle immediately. I called Doug, the Finance manager, told him my situation and he absolutely delivered. Exactly what I wanted, make. Model. Beyond my expectations for any dealership. Doug even personally went to a location and picked up my vehicle. Had it ready and detailed within hours and I was driving that day. I've never had a dealer go that far to help me. Not just another customer here. If you need a vehicle, call Doug. You will not be disappointed.
