My husband, family and I have been coming to Pittsford auto for many years and can’t recommend this business enough between pricing and Communication about what’s going on with our trucks too getting us our vehicles back in a timely manner we appreciate everyone at Pittsford auto they all work together as amazing team and help us as customers understand what’s going on with our trucks and what to expect and I’m still very impressed with my undercoating even a year later thank you so so much to Pittsford automotive center and all that you do and will be back in the near future

A few weeks ago my alternator went on my 2012 Honda Pilot. I ordered a new one and even took the old alternator out myself, but ran into issues getting the new one to fit properly. After getting the runaround from another shop that never showed up or responded, I called Pittsford Auto. They picked up right at 8:00 AM Monday, got me into the schedule immediately, and had my car finished by the next day. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing, and the pricing was unmatched compared to other places I checked. On top of that, the woman at the front desk had me checked out and back on the road in under five minutes. 10/10 recommend Pittsford Auto for any vehicle needs. With summer coming up, I’ll definitely be back to swap over my summer tires.

Hands down the Best Shop around! Great people, Great Service, and Top knotch Mechanics, as well as Custom fabricators. I don’t like taking my truck anywhere, and after searching far and wide, I found these guys They are knowledgeable, and will listen to your requests and input helpful feedback to ensure the job is performed correctly in a timely manner as well as to your standards. Highly Recommend, especially if you have a truck you are building as they are an off-road shop!
