I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Joyce and the entire team at Pittsville Ford Commercial Service & Sales! I showed up as a walk-in needing DOT inspections on two gooseneck dump trailers and my dually pickup truck, fully expecting to have to schedule for another day. Instead, Joyce jumped right in to help and made the whole process seamless. She was professional, organized, and incredibly kind from start to finish. A huge thank you to Denny as well for performing the DOT inspections. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s hard to find technicians who are both detail-oriented and honest, but that’s exactly what I experienced. I felt confident everything was done right and fully compliant. I also want to recognize Caitlin, the Commercial Service Sales Manager, who recommended Pittsville Ford’s DOT inspection services on Facebook when I asked locally who could help. That recommendation made all the difference, and I’m so glad I followed through. What really stood out to me was that they got me in and out before the end of the business day as a walk-in! On top of that, their pricing was super affordable and fair. Everyone I interacted with was honest, helpful, and had a smile on their face the entire time. I had to take my vehicle in for a factory recall. I called and easily made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, i pulled into their very nice service bay, and was greeted by a friendly young man who helped us get inside the building. I did not get his name, but remember thinking that if everyone was as friendly and helpful as him, we were in for a pleasant experience. When I got inside the building Holly greeted us, and checked us in. We were directed to the waiting area, which was comfortable, and they had the best coffee! When our service was done, Holly came and got us and explained our invoice to us, explaining the results of our 17 point inspection, and recommended service we may need. When we were done, the same friendly young man raised the service bay door and we were on our way.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2023 Ford Explorer. Kyle Biester was our salesman and he was awesome. He took his time explaining everything. Kyle even helped us get our phones connected to the Android Auto (we're oldish). We will definitely be back when we're ready to purchase our next vehicle.
