Had an amazing experience I personally used JT and he was amazing far from a typical sales man he was very informative I never felt pressured in any way and loved the vehicle and gave me a price I couldn’t have beat anywhere! Gave me top dollar for my trade and helped me get out of it with ease He checked everything bumper to bumper even found a recall got it in and out quick and fixed it never waisted our time then the finance team was amazing way better interest rate then we first thought and was able to put on extra insurance wouldn’t dream of taking my business anywhere else was a true 5 star experience and they will always have my business now

I am extremely disappointed with my friend Mr.Amanj’s experience at Plainview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My friend owns a 2024 Ram 2500 and was stranded while working over the road when the transmission failed unexpectedly. Since he was far from home, the truck had to be towed to this dealership for help. Instead of receiving professional support and clear communication, he was told the warranty would not cover the repair. The explanation provided did not make sense to us since the vehicle was only bought about three months ago, and the situation felt very questionable and unfair. The dealership then reportedly demanded nearly $10,000 out of pocket for repairs. For someone already stranded and dealing with a major breakdown, this was devastating. What made the situation even more upsetting was the way my friend says he was treated during the process. English is not his first language, and he felt dismissed, disrespected, and not properly heard or helped. No customer should ever leave a dealership feeling taken advantage of or treated differently because of communication barriers or background. We are asking the dealership and Ram corporate to review this case carefully, provide full documentation and evidence supporting the warranty denial, and handle this matter fairly and professionally. Customers trust dealerships during stressful situations like this, especially when traveling far from home. At this point, I would strongly encourage others to take thier business elsewhere but, if you must take your business here then ask detailed questions, request written explanations, and seek second opinions before agreeing to major repair costs here. We sincerely hope management steps in and resolves this situation appropriately.

Mark the person at parts was very nice and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly he handled everything. The service team did a great job getting my car in and out without any hassle. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience I’d definitely recommend them!
