Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I purchased a brand-new 2026 Ram truck from Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Franklin Ma, and have already experienced several serious issues. The check engine light is on, the all-wheel-drive warning light is on, and the truck has even shut off by itself while in use many times. My truck had to be towed to the dealership on Friday May 29,2026 after it broke down in the middle of the road in Canton, Massachusetts. This is a brand-new truck, and the situation has been extremely disappointing. I am very frustrated with how long it is taking to get this issue resolved. I have contacted the service department multiple times, and they have not been able to provide a rental vehicle. Since I use this truck for work, being without reliable transportation is causing significant issues for my business. When spending over $60,000 on a new truck, I expect a higher level of customer support and a greater sense of urgency when problems arise. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter, including assistance with transportation while my vehicle is being diagnosed and repaired. I hope the dealership can resolve these issues quickly and restore my confidence in both the vehicle and the service department. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I had a really good experience here when buying my first ever car. I was able to come in and test drive the exact car I wanted , without having to pushed to look at other cars. I felt as though I was given a good deal and not pushed away from getting what I wanted for my first vehicle . I’d recommend this place for your new car.
