Both Alex Boyer and Tim Moyer at Planet were fantastic sales people. At no time did we feel pressured or in any way made to feel like we were just another customer. This is our first time buying a Lincoln and we are very impressed with not just the vehicle itself, but how we were treated by sales and the finance manager. There was always open and honest communication about what we were signing up for and how we would be treated at each step of the process was explained really well. We honestly hadn’t come in thinking we would end up buying the aviator. We didn’t think we could afford it. When we realized that we would be able to buy it and had all the details nailed down, we were very excited. Again, this was an awesome experience from the minute we got on the lot, until the day we had our new vehicle delivered to us by Tim. He was right on time for our scheduled delivery time to our home, and when he arrived, he did not rush through explaining all aspects of how to set up the vehicle - pair our phones, set the seat settings, and so much more. Alex has been also available through text to answer any questions I had and also helping me find answers to random questions. Very well done! Initially when I came into Planet Lincoln, I had a less than desirable experience. I came in with a specific vehicle I wanted to purchase and I was paying cash! The first salesman and sales manager did not try to earn my business and I was treated with indifference. I reached to a dear friend who is a car dealer and he connected me with the General Manager, John. George, a sales manager jumped in to serve me, and truly gave me a white glove VIP experience. These two men have made me a customer for life, and George has my wife wanting to purchase a Lincoln Aviator! Thank you gentlemen for a special experience!

Best car buying experience I have EVER had! They have definitely set the mark! Typically I would go to my usual dealership where I'm comfortable, but they didn't have what I was looking for. So while searching, Planet Lincoln contacted me, we set up an appointment and we found what I wanted. Everyone from the front desk, to the sales manager, finance manager, finance liason, the entire team worked together to not only get me in what I wanted, didn't allow me to leave until I had it, and always came back to check on us during our negotiation. My finance liason is also a retired NFL football player, so my husband enjoyed that as well as the pool game he played with the salesman. Our experience was truly VIP. Hands down did sooooo right by me! So grateful for the team I worked with! Fast foward, I have had my 2026 Lincoln Aviator for 3 months and they asked me if it were time for my oil change...it sure is! I live in Tyler, TX, so I was trying to figure out when I would schedule the appointment. Well, my daughter was playing in McKinney, and THEY CAME TO ME!! THANK YOU!! Yet another reason I will not only recommend Planet Lincoln, but I'm sending everyone to them!

My husband and I had the privilege of purchasing a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus at Planet Lincoln last week. Mr. Bob Torma was our salesperson and he was the most helpful, supportive, hard-working one we have ever bought a car from! The car we wanted was not available so he tirelessly searched the state of Texas to find one and located 2 in Dallas. After several days, negotiations with the Dallas dealership failed to produce a vehicle for us. Not giving up, Mr. Torma decided to walk the lot looking for new inventory and managed to spot the exact car we wanted! He called us immediately and started the purchase process for us. He was vigilant about staying in touch with us by phone, text and email throughout the process. We took delivery of our Nautilus this morning and couldn't be more thrilled with it. Mr. Torma tutored us on the new car and made the PDI process smooth and painless. The car was beautifully detailed and ready when we arrived at the dealership at the designated appointment time. He truly exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. We highly recommend Planet Lincoln for your new car purchase and make sure you ask for Mr. Bob Torma when you go in. You will NOT be disappointed! He is "one of a kind".
